Deliverable Prioritization Matrix

If you Manage a Team or Manage couple of Projects / Deliverable and help needed to clearly prioritize given the time/resource Constraints. This is how I prioritize and use this matrix to help influence on bring along on Board some of my key Stakeholders / Business Partners

Weighting values between 1 and 5 are often used. However, I find that this produces a narrow distribution between weighted initiatives. Using weights of 1, 3, and 9 gives a wider distribution:

1: Lowest level 3: Mid-level 9: Highest level
